Are you ready for the upcoming cycling season?

We're here to help you prepare! The four-week session in this block is built to help riders expand on their solid foundation of fitness with higher intensity work around lactate threshold. We provide you with two 1.5-hour training sessions per week created by our resident exercise physiologist, Tim Curry. These are designed to be done indoors but can be taken outside with ease. The longer 1.5-hour sessions are ideal for riders with moderate to advanced fitness and the available time. If you are a beginner or have time constraints, check out our Block 2 - hour-long session option.

Once you enroll, a new training plan will show up in this course each week for you to follow at home.

Course Designer

An avid mountain biker, and former racer, Tim spends much of his leisure time on the trails around Boise, ID. Tim is an Exercise Physiologist who teaches at Boise State University and the College of Western Idaho. In addition to teaching, he also works for the US Speedskating National Olympic team as the Head of Training Sciences in their Sports Science Commission, as well as co-running Coeus Education Systems. Tim is a NICA Level 3 coach, and the assistant head coach with the Boise Brave cycling team. With over a decade of experience in the field, you can find Tim teaching any of the courses available in the Coeus Performance Track.
