Winter Indoor Training Block 1 - 1 hour per session
We're here to help you prepare! The four-week session in this block is built to help riders establish a solid foundation of fitness. We'll build on this foundation in later blocks as we continue preparing for the season. We provide you with two 1-hour training sessions per week created by our resident exercise physiologist, Tim Curry. These are designed to be done indoors but can be taken outside with ease. The shorter 1-hour sessions are ideal for riders with beginner fitness or who have time constraints. If you are a moderate to advanced fitness rider with the available time, check out our Block 1 - 1.5 hour-long session option.
Once you enroll, a new training plan will show up for you in this course each week for you to follow at home.
