About this course

Adopting a one-size-fits-all approach can be detrimental to the progress of your athletes. Understanding the Athlete gives you the tools to identify the individual and developmental differences that affect each athlete. We'll discuss ways to better prepare athletes to set goals and manage their motivation levels during practice and on race day.
